| Webster kids get wrapped up in winter games Posted: 24 Dec 2010 03:19 AM PST Jill Miller's kindergarten students decorated her in toilet paper Tuesday, and Miller didn't mind. In fact, she encouraged it and laughed as they turned her into an indoor snowman. The activity was popular among Tuesday's winter parties at Webster Elementary School in Urbandale. Students throughout the building relaxed with winter-themed games, crafts and snacks a day before they went on winter break. "I like decorating the ornaments, and the snacks," said Aidan Zimmerman, 5, of Urbandale. Krazy Kids Klub is for all K-5th graders and will be focused around numerous competitions so your children can develop and strengthen a variety of skills. Contests include: serving, free throw, relay races, soccer goals, freebie toss, accuracy throw and much much more. Lets not forget the free time to swim and play in the pool! Krazy Kids Klub is held Tuesday evenings in January and February. Registration deadline is January 19. Register at the York Community Center.
