Kids' Crusade |
| Posted: 07 Aug 2010 05:10 PM PDT It's finally here; what some members of the community are calling vacation bible school for the next generation. Members of Meridian's Trinity Assembly of God hosted a Kids' Crusade for the 2nd year in a row. Church members say they hope to continue this beneficial experience. Saturday's activities were day two of the excitement. Friday night the children in attendance had the chance to learn new songs and how to share their faith of God. Over 30 kids attended Friday night. Pastor Josh Lane says Saturday was just as fulfilling. "But we're just having a great time. Kids are jumping around, puppets all over. There are black light puppets and special guest. Just a bunch of stuff going on," says Pastor Lane. The games, entertainment, and educational experience will continue Sunday. It starts at 10:45 in the morning. Five Filters featured article: "Peace Envoy" Blair Gets an Easy Ride in the Independent. Available tools: PDF Newspaper, Full Text RSS, Term Extraction. |
